In order for that to happen, Marshawn Lynch will have to take the game into his hands and has a successful day running the ball against the Dallas front seven. With so much being put on the run game to take the defense away from Wilson, Lynch should be set up for a big fantasy day.
Lynch is finally healthy as well after being questionable in last week’s game though he still played. Lynch ran for just under a hundred yards last week but with the need of a run game against the Cowboys and at home with the 12th man crowd behind him, he is in for a big game with will help any fantasy owner.
Another fantasy option that might be a bit of a risk is playing the Seattle defense. Tony Romo is a quarterback who likes to throw and has been known to throw one or two interceptions in a game. Having the defense could gain a lot of points through turnovers but there is a small risk in that as well.
The Dallas offense is an explosive group that is capable of putting up a lot of points in a game when they’re on. If the Cowboys come out and light it up Seattle’s defense will not be very beneficial come fantasy points.
The risk of playing the defense is a gamble between turnovers and how many points the Cowboys can put up but Lynch is definitely a safe bet this week to have a big game.
