It was big news when it was broke out that Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with the cancer leukemia. However, it is treatable. Pagano would have to miss the rest of the season coaching the team in his debut year, staying in the hospital for chemotherapy.

The franchise has already been supporting their coach very hard now for the past week since the news was heard. They have already started the famous #CHUCKSTRONG campaign with shirts selling everywhere and with the slogan glowing out through Lucas Oil Stadium and the state of Indiana.

Indianapolis is also planning to do an orange-out sometime soon to raise for leukemia and supporting Pagano.

It was shone proudly during the team’s big victory over the Green Bay Packers last week, and the Colts plan to extend that approach even more after recent news of what the employees plan to do came out.

According to the WLFI.com, a CBS-news affiliate based in West Lafayette, Indiana, the employees on Indianapolis are adding a new contribution to honor their coach. What are they doing?

Growing goatees.

Yes, that is a very unique thing and I like it. Pagano has always rocked his grey goatee for sometime now and it’s a great way to show they care for him along with the #CHUCKSTRONG campaign.

The support just keeps coming for Pagano and this element helps out even more as he continues to battle the illness. It already looks like he’s had enough motivation, but it never hurts to get some more.

Looking forward to see how these employees look sometime soon rocking their new facial hair.
