Five NFL Picks for Week Seven

1 of 5

Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills

Ryan Fitzpatrick
Mark J. Rebilas-US PRESSWIRE

At 3-3, the Bills are in first place (well along with the rest of the AFC East). But considering how poorly this team has played at times, being 3-3 didn't seem like it was going to happen. The Bills showed the NFL world that they were serious when they signed Mario Williams, he finally had his first good game against the Arizona Cardinals last week getting two sacks. Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick was given a large contract, and he hasn't quite lived up to it. But it's early in the football season and I think the Bills may be a sleeper team in a horrible AFC. I'm going with the Bills in this one 17-10. The Titans just aren't very good.

2 of 5

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Oakland Raiders

Carson Palmer
Daniel Shirey-US PRESSWIRE

The Raiders should have beaten the Atlanta Falcons last week and didn't. They're not a very good football team. The Jaguars should move to LA and end the franchise's misery. The Raiders win and win big 31-13.

3 of 5

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals

Andy Dalton
David Richard-US PRESSWIRE

No one can figure out why the Steelers aren't playing well. OK, there's been some injury issues, but still, to lose against the Titans last week was bad. The Bengals can smell the AFC North thanks to some key injuries to the Baltimore Ravens. The Bengals win in a squeaker 21-18.

4 of 5

Cleveland Browns @ Indianapolis Colts

Brandon Weeden
David Richard-US PRESSWIRE

I don't know why I'm AFC heavy this week, the league isn't very good. But the Browns will win this one 13-10 in a boring game.

5 of 5

Seattle Seahawks @ San Francisco 49ers

Russell Wilson

Here is a game I'm actually looking forward to seeing. This is going to be a great football game. Confidence is a good thing in football, and I think the Seahawks have it. They've beaten some of the league's best quarterbacks. I think Seattle wins tonight by a final of 24-17.

Last week wasn’t such a good week for Chicago the Jew. I went 2-3 and really let many of you down. Although for those individuals that are Green Bay Packers fans, I did get your game correct. My other winner was the Baltimore Ravens. You think this is easy? BECAUSE IT ISN”T!!! But I promise you I will try a little harder this week and give you better choices.

Thanks to the fine folks at Bud Light, I will at the New York Giants and Washington Redskins tilt in New Jersey. If you’re tailgating, we will be interviewing fans. Please stop on by and say hello. That being said, I also hope you aren’t looking for me because I picked your Redskins to lose last week. Remember, my picks are purely for fun and I accept no responsibility for how YOU choose to you ‘em.

I’m so darn happy that the Chicago Bears are back in action. I hate the Bye Week, so now there’s nothing that stands between the Bears and me the remainder of the season. The only thing that does suck is that I have to wait a whole weekend to see the Bears play. Monday Night games coming off of a bye officially suck. Hopefully the Bears feel the same way and take it out on the Detroit Lions at Soldier Field.

OK, enough about me, it is time for my five picks of the week. This week your lines are brought to you by the fine folks at The Wynn (as of Thursday Morning).

Tennessee Titans @ Buffalo Bills (Bills -3.5)

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Oakland Raiders (Raiders -4)

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Cincinnati Bengals (Bengals -2)

Cleveland Browns @ Indianapolis Colts (Colts -2.5)

Seattle Seahawks @ San Francisco 49ers (49ers -7)

OK, I’d love to hear from you with your thoughts and picks. Hit me up on Twitter @ChicagoBearJew and Hashtag #RML. And away we go…
