NFL Investigating San Diego Chargers For Use Of Stick’Em During Monday Night Game
The San Diego Chargers had a rough Monday night game last week. The Chargers had one of the worst second half meltdowns in football history. The news about that game is about to get worse as the team is being investigated for use of an illegal substance during the game. Stick’em used to be fair game but not so much anymore.
I’m reporting the NFL is investing the Chargers after they were caught using a banned illegal Stick em-type substance vs broncos Mon night

Well, this plan does not look like it worked out too well. Philip Rivers wouldn’t have been able to complete a pass to the right team anyways. The wideouts could have been wearing gloves doused in the stuff and it would not have mattered. It has been a while since we have heard about stick’em use and for good reason. It does give way too much of an advantage.
Back in the day, this was no big deal. Stick’em use was quite popular and for good reason. If you can increase your chances of catching the ball, you might as well do it. If it is not against the rules, you would be kidding yourself if you did not attempt to use it.
I will bet that the team will end up with a pretty hefty fine out of this. They might also lose draft picks out of the whole mess. Not exactly a good thing to have on your plate.
