Man Commits Suicide In Lambeau Field Parking Lot

Jeff Hanisch-US PRESSWIRE

Lambeau Field is the site of some great games in the NFL, but a sad incident occurred at the stadium on Monday night.  A man apparently committed suicide just outside the stadium around 7 p.m. local time.  It is a sad situation and more details will surely come out about what happened that night.

Things like this remind you that there are more pressing things in life than sports.  Although Lambeau has been the site of some great Green Bay Packers games, it still can’t do much more than host football games.  The problems that happen in everyday life cannot always be washed away by the thrill of attending a sporting event.

I would imagine that the Packers will eventually release a statement about the incident, but I could be wrong on that.  It happened near the atrium part of the stadium if anyone was wondering about the location.

Mental health issues are often over looked in our society and for no reason whatsoever.  Some people are really struggling with issues, but are afraid to seek help.  If you or someone you know is having issues, talk to someone.  It may not seem like much, but it could do wonders.

This is the second time a self-inflicted gunshot wound has been reported near Lambeau in the last month or so.  It is unfortunate that this ended up happening and my prayers are with the deceased and his loved ones.  Hopefully some clarity can come out of this unfortunate situation from Monday.

Von Miller, Josh Norman, Marshawn Lynch Ham It Up On Conan

Von Miller, Josh Norman and Marshawn Lynch made an appearance together on the Conan O'Brien show this week, and it was nothing short of glorious. The fellas played video games, drank what appeared to be adult beverages, and had an overall swell time hamming it up in honor of the Super Bowl.

Brandon Marshall Tells Rich Eisen He Hasn't Spoken To Jay Cutler

During a recent appearance on ' The Rich Eisen Show', former Chicago Bears and current New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall was asked about his relationship with his old quarterback, Jay Cutler. Marshall, who has zero chill, replied that he had not spoken to Cutler in "two years." Naturally, Eisen was shocked and mentioned that they were teammates just a season ago. Marshall essentially confirmed that they were not talking off the field during his last year in Chicago, but ultimately wished Cutler well.

Rob Gronkowski Gives Lap Dance to Fox Sports Anchor Julie Stewart-Binks

Earlier this week New England Patriots all-world tight end Rob Gronkowski confessed to Conan O'Brien that he'd "accidentally" stripped once in college. It started by his acting as "security" for a friend who was working a bachelorette party as a stripper. "I was a security guard. I put a full suit on tie … I was like ‘back up you’re too close get your hands off of him.’ I was just pretending like that" Gronk said. Then things got out of hand/clothes. On Thursday Gronk paid a visit to Fox Sports' Jason Whitlock's House Party By the Bay. After re-telling his stripper story anchor Julie Stewart-Binks let it be known that she wanted an up-close experience with Gronk.

Watch Goodell Ruin The Dab For Everyone

Although we can't place the entire blame on Roger Goodell in this situation, thanks Robin Roberts, it doesn't change the fact that the Dab is no longer cool. When the most hated person in the NFL does a terrible attempt at one of the most iconic dances, it kills it forever.
