Twitter is always interesting. Monday night, Marcus Vick decided to poke his head back into the public sphere. In the midst of his rant, Vick demanded that the Philadelphia Eagles trade his brother Michael Vick.
Please trade my brother. We requesting out of Philly!!!! Please please please……

At first, I was skeptical about the validity of this tweet. Then everyone started to run with it, so I guess it must really be his account. Vick also ripped the Eagles offensive line and basically said that his brother can not compete for a championship if he remains in town. The ripping of the offensive line is certainly valid, but the second part might not be.
There is still a chance that this is not Marcus, but it seems like it has to be. He was not so hot at football but I guess he feels that he can demand a trade for his brother all willy nilly like. However, the trade deadline is already in the past. I would expect the Eagles to get rid of Vick if this keeps up, but he would end up cut instead of traded.
Just another day of Twitter fun for everyone involved. I can not believe that we actually watched sports without for so many years. Without it, we would never know what Vick was thinking while his brother was getting crushed and having tipped passes go for interceptions. I think we made big strides as a society to allow this to happen.
