As they get set for a big game against the New Orleans Saints, the Atlanta Falcons have a few players who key players currently on their injury report.

Linebacker John Abraham is listed as probable as he deals with an injury to his elbow. Abraham did however, participate fully in practice and will more than likely play against the Saints. There is no way he misses out on the opportunity to sack Drew Brees.

Corner back, Asante Samuel is also listed as probable as well, having problems with his hip. Much like Abraham, Samuel is not going to miss a match against one the Falcons more bitter rivals, especially not as much as he likes to talk trash. He will definitely suit up.

Other players listed as probable are wide receiver Harry Douglas (ankle) and running back Jason Snelling (illness). Each fully participated in practice and will more than likely see their usual playing time this Sunday.

The most notable player who is definitely out for Atlanta is linebacker, Sean Weatherspoon (ankle), who is having a really good season and will be missed against the Saints this Sunday. Weatherspoon will definitely be missed, as he has been one of the leaders on Atlanta’s defense. The Falcons were able to get by without “Spoon” against the Dallas Cowboys but might actually miss him against the Saints. So far this season Weatherspoon has 52 tackles, with three sacks, and a forced fumble.
