The Jacksonville Jaguars are desperate for a second win of the 2012 season. They also know that the Tennessee Titans can be broken, as they have been many times throughout this season. Needless to say it will be interesting this coming Sunday when the two teams meet in Jacksonville.
Chad Henne will give the Jacksonville Jaguars a breath of fresh air though. The team was able to give the Houston Texans a big scare last week. Henne has 37 completions in 71 attempts with 569 yards and five touchdown passes so far this season.
Jake Locker of course has better statistics because he has played more games this year, however, he is still somewhat favoring that left shoulder. It will simply be a matter of which quarterback decides to show up this week.
These games are the most exciting to me. I have always enjoyed division matchups because the competition is automatically increased no matter where in the season the game falls. This season many AFC South matchups just happen to fall in the last six games for the Titans. All of which are extremely important.
Defensive coordinator Jerry Gray has been pretty tough on the defense these last couple of weeks. He is urging and stressing to the team that consistency will be the key to success for the last six weeks of the season.
My predictions for this game were hard for me to decide on but for the simple fact of it being such an important game for the Titans I think they can pull it off. It will be close though. It will come down to the fourth quarter, maybe even overtime. Final score 20-17 Titans.
