Tennessee Titans Inactive Players for Week 12
Today is a battle between the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars. These two teams both desperately need a win to stay alive in the AFC South. The season has been on the line for them both for the last few weeks, and with the way Jacksonville is playing, the Titans cannot afford to let up at all.
Backup quarterback Chad Henne will take over today due to the injury of Blaine Gabbert for the Jaguars. He will be faced with the Titans rookie Jake Locker.
The inactive players for the Titans are as follows. Quarterback Rusty Smith, running back Jamie Harper (ankle), safety Al Afalava (ankle), linebacker Xavier Adibi (knee), tackle Byron Stingily (back), wide receiver Lavelle Hawkins (ankle), and defensive tackle DaJohn Harris.
On the Jaguars side of things, cornerback William Middleton (concussion), running back Maurice Jones-Drew (foot), fullback Greg Jones (thigh), safety Chris Harris, offensive lineman Steve Vallos, defensive tackles D’Anthony Smith, and Jeris Pendleton will all be sitting for the team.
Another big change for the Jaguars, according to Titans insider Jim Wyatt is that Aaron Ross will start at cornerback over Rashean Mathis, who is still active. Jalen Parmalee will get his second start of the season over Jones-Drew.
Make sure to adjust your fantasy rosters correctly football fans. The Titans and Jaguars will kick off at noon ET in the week 12 AFC South matchup. The Jaguars are 1-9 while the Titans are 4-6. The Titans need this win to even consider the playoffs and an option.
