The Seattle Seahawks will return home to face division rival Arizona Cardinals after an impressive win on the road against the Chicago Bears in last week’s performance.

Seattle is 0-4 this season against NFC West opponents which will have to change if they want to keep their playoff hopes and possibly move into first place in the division.

With Arizona currently on an eight game losing streak, the Seahawks need to come away with this win at home to put them in prime position for stealing the NFC West from the favored San Francisco 49ers.

The Seahawks and the Cardinals met the first game of the season with Arizona winning 20-16 after Seattle’s Russell Wilson was unable to complete the fourth quarter comeback after a drop pass in the end zone to former receiver Braylon Edwards.

With Wilson currently on a hot streak the results could be a little different this game as the young rookie is more comfortable with the team as well as Arizona having to come into CenturyLink Field and deal with the noise of the home crowd.

Seattle will not have starting corner Brandon Browner due to his four-game suspension which should not be to damaging with the quarterback issues facing the Cardinals. After a poor performance by rookie quarterback Ryan Lindley, Arizona has decided to go back to John Skelton as their starting quarterback.

The Seahawks need Wilson to continue to make the smart throws without any turnovers which will allow Marshawn Lynch and the running game to develop throughout the game.

Seattle needs to come out and get an early lead and keep control of this divisional game. With how badly Arizona has been struggling this year, the Seahawks could take an easy win which will put them in perfect position when it comes to the playoff race in the NFC West and the wild card.
