Torrey Smith is Owning Champ Bailey; Scores His 2nd Long TD of the Game

Torrey Smith has evolved as the go to WR down the field for Joe Flacco this year. Smith has continued his solid year as he’s OWNED Champ Bailey in the first half of the AFC Divisional Playoff game against the Denver Broncos. In the first quarter, Smith burned Bailey down the field for a long TD throw. In the 2nd quarter, Smith did the same thing down the sidelines and tied the game up at 21 just before the half.

If Smith continues to be that down the field threat for the Ravens, Joe Flacco is going to continue taking his shots. With Smith doing this against one of the best shut down CBs of all time, there’s no telling who can stop him.

The great thing is, Smith didn’t even have Bailey beat on the 2nd TD and Flacco threw it anyway, clearing showing he has all the confidence in the world in Smith to go up and make a play- obviously Smith has done that.

This is shaping up to be a barn burner, and we’ll continue to update you guys on what’s going on in this one.
