The Baltimore Ravens have done it again. This team has been on a remarkable role in these playoffs and they have cemented a John Harbaugh vs Jim Harbaugh Super Bowl XLVII matchup as the San Francisco 49ers did their part earlier. The brother vs brother for all the marbles storyline is one for the books, and I look forward to writing a detailed preview of this game, but this article is a look at what the Ravens have accomplished.

Remarkable to think that this team limped to the finish line of the regular season with a 1-4 December, and even fired their offensive coordinator. Their quarterback is an impending free agent and their focus could have easily turned to their future, but they have been great in the playoffs. It is certainly worth noting that this run has come as Ray Lewis joined Ed Reed, Haloti Ngata and Terrell Suggs for the first time all season. This fearless foursome is 3-0 and have eliminated the future (Andrew Luck) plus they helped the Ravens eliminate Peyton Manning and Tom Brady.

There are a ton of things going well for the Ravens these days as they have players returning to health, plus guys are really stepping up their game (especially on offense) and their quarterback is playing some great football. Joe Flacco had seven road touchdowns all season, but he has six road hook-ups  in the playoffs (eight overall vs zero interceptions…impressive).

We will have to wait two weeks, but stick with and we will have a lot of great info and fun along the way.
