People keep saying about how oh Cris Carter deserves to be in the Hall of Fame, yeah well so does this guy, Buffalo Bills great wide receiver Andre Reed. When Reed retired from the game he was second all-time in number of receptions behind Jerry Rice. He is now currently 10th in receptions, ninth in total yards (with 13,198) and 11th in total touchdown receptions with 87. In addition, Reed has the second most receptions in the Super Bowl with 27 so even though in defeat, he has averaged just under seven catches per game which is amazing to say the least.

People also claim that he never won the big game as a reason to kick him out, and that reason is nothing more than hog wash as quarterback Jim Kelly, running back Thurman Thomas, defensive end Bruce Smith and owner Ralph C. Wilson Jr. all have gotten in and none of them have Super Bowl Rings. And they credit going to four straight Super Bowls is one of the main reasons they put James Lofton in the Hall of Fame as well, so which excuse is next boys for 2014? You’re running out of them and just put him in already. The team with the most loyal fan base is waiting and wanting to take another road trip to Canton, Ohio to see number 83 go in!
