Kenny Britt In Make Or Break Year For Tennessee Titans

As the off-season begins in the National Football League, there will be teams everywhere making decisions on their players and whether or not to release them. The Tennessee Titans have one player that is right on the edge of being released in Kenny Britt. Britt’s legal problems are something that Tennessee shouldn’t have to deal with no more.

If the Titans decide to keep Britt around, this must be a make or break year for him. When Britt is on the field and has his full attention on the game, he can be one of the most dominant wide receivers in the whole NFL. The problem is that Britt hasn’t been around enough to realize his potential because of his injury issues or legal problems. Britt has never had more than 45 catches in a single season and for a receiver with Britt’s ability, that is shameful. Britt has to be able to play a full season in 2013 for Tennessee or the time has come to part ways.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the team parted ways with Britt now with new legal issues popping up but Britt can’t afford to come into next season with a negative attitude for a team that needs a ton of help with the wide receiver position. Britt could find himself making 60-70 catches a season if he could just stay on the field. The problem is that Britt will probably never do that and will be stuck being one of those players that never got close to his potential.
