Tim Tebow Developing Into Kim Kardashian-like Debutante

What do Kim Kardashian and Tim Tebow have in common? Neither can throw a football correctly.

Kardashian rose to popularity through the circulation of a sex tape, and the success of her late father, who was the notorious attorney for O.J. Simpson. Now she earns her livelihood through partying, product endorsement and reality television. Kardashian is known for being famous for no tangible reason.

Tebow, on the other hand, became a national symbol of christianity permeating professional sports. His escapades on the field led to a first round draft selection by the Denver Broncos, book tours and product endorsement. Tebow is known for being a quarterback for no tangible reason.

What can Tebow offer to a professional football team? He is a quarterback who won’t work in any other position. Running backs and special teams players aren’t throwaways from the offensive and defensive sets; they’re where they are for a specific reason. To think Tebow can come into a franchise and actually contribute is foolish.

Despite the disrespectful offers being made by indoor football teams and the Legends (Lingerie) Football League, Tebow has a bright future ahead of him; as a Kardashian.

Tebow can now begin a long, fruitful career of preaching and endorsements without ever playing on the field again. His impact and clout in the christian sphere is larger than that in football anyway. Soon after his absence from football, Tebow will be given a reality television show by VH1 or TruTV where he continues to pursue his dream of being a professional quarterback.

Sorry Tim, this one isn’t going to pan out. But as the newest member of the Kardashian family, enjoy the wealth and popularity that come with being good at… well, absolutely nothing.
