New England Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick Apparently 'Hates' Tim Tebow as a Player

There’s been plenty of talk this offseason when it comes to where Tim Tebow could end up following his release from the New York Jets, but at this point–it wouldn’t be a surprise if his time in the NFL has come to an end with the way things turned out last year. Numerous teams have already shut down any interest in Tebow and apparently–the New England Patriots can be added to that list as well.

In fact, some reports indicate that Bill Belichick “hates” Tebow as a player–which is shocking for a head coach with a history of taking chances on just about any player.

If there’s anything to take away from Tebow’s career, it would be that bringing him on board will always have some sort of extra baggage that no team wants to deal with. Without even trying, Tebow always finds a way to bring a media circus to whatever team he plays on and when looking at a coach like Belichick–it’s no secret he wouldn’t want to deal with that for the 2013 season.

In the past, New England has been known to take a chance on players looking to redeem their careers, but Tebow must not make the cut when it comes to the drama he would bring to New England. There’s no question Tebow is one of the most influential individuals in the league, but bringing him on board just simply isn’t worth it for a team like the Patriots.
