Seattle Seahawks Must Use Bulletin Material Provided by San Francisco 49ers

As if the Seattle Seahawks did not need anything else to fuel their already intense rival with the San Francisco 49ers, running back Anthony Dixon decided to provide them with some quality bulletin material prior to Sunday night’s contest.

Dixon, a fourth-stringer who did absolutely nothing in Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers, tweeted the following on Wednesday:

“Extra weight on the racks all week getting less sleep preparing for these She-Hawks I love hostile environments Imma feel right at home…”

Yes, you saw correctly. Dixon referred to the Seahawks as the “She-Hawks.” One has to imagine that the players on the 49ers have to be infuriated that someone who logged a measly 21 carries last season has the audacity to provide Seattle with something to pump them up before game time.

It is true that San Francisco were the ones who were crowned NFC champs last season. However, the Seahawks destroyed the 49ers 42-13 in their last meeting. Despite San Francisco putting up far better offensive numbers in Week 1 against a better team than Seattle did, there is no way they should be taking the Seahawks lightly before their Sunday Night Football showdown.

Just in case anyone was wondering, Seattle linebacker K.J. Wright is the one who alerted his teammates regarding what was said by Dixon.

He tweeted the following on Wednesday:

“lol the she hawks!! I’ll be sure relay the message to the fellas.. Its gone be a long night for you and the forty whiners.”
