32. Case Keenum

With Matt Schaub out with an injury, Keenum will get the start ahead of T.J. Yates. Wait, who's starting? Exactly.

31. Brandon Weeden

Brandon Weeden
Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

By golly this guy is having a tough time. After suffering an injury and the team going on to win games, it appeared Weeden may not start for the Browns again. After an injury to Brian Hoyer, he finds himself starting again. The bottom line with Weeden is that he’s not a guy anyone wants running their offense.

30. Mike Glennon

glennon
Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Regardless of his play, Glennon is the quarterback for the year for the Buccaneers. Glennon has shown improvement as the season progresses, but he’s in no way a top-tier quarterback.

29. Carson Palmer

palmer
Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Since leaving the Cincinnati Bengals, Palmer has not been the same quarterback we’ve once known. So far this season, he has thrown 11 picks compared to seven touchdowns. His 69.3 rating is not too favorable for a starting quarterback.

6 of 33

28. Josh Freeman

freeman
Bruce Kluckhohn-USA TODAY Sports

I have very low expectations for Freeman in his first start as a Viking. On the Buccaneers, Freeman had a tough time on and off the field and you simply can’t trust this guy yet.

27. Ryan Fitzpatrick

fitzpatrick
Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

Not much to say about this quarterback, his play hasn’t been good but his starting experience gives him an added boost.

8 of 33

26. Eli Manning

manning
Mike Dinovo-USA TODAY Sports

The Giants and Manning have had their worst start to the season in many years. Manning can’t seem to get anything going on offense and his 15 interceptions already this season are mind blowing.

25. Ben Roethlisberger

Roethlisberger
Joe-Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

This is not the same Big Ben we’ve been accustomed to seeing. He and the team are struggling and it doesn’t look like it will turn around anytime soon

10 of 33

24. Chad Henne

henne
Phil-Sears-USA TODAY Sports

Stepping in for Blaine Gabbert, Henne has done a decent job. The team is yet to find a win but Henne could be the quarterback to get the team their first. Compared to other quarterbacks, he’s not looking the greatest but for the Jaguars, he may be their best option

11 of 33

23. Thad Lewis

lewis
Timothy T. Ludwig-USA TODAY Sports

Stepping in for E.J. Manuel, Lewis actually had a decent game and looked quite comfortable in his overtime loss last week. He is normally a backup but if he continues to play at this level, he appears to be a halfway decent quarterback

12 of 33

22. Geno Smith

Smith
Ed Mulholland-USA TODAY Sports

In his first year, Smith has done a decent job as the starting quarterback. He has thrown 10 interceptions thus far but his ability to scramble is a threat to any defense.

13 of 33

21. Ryan Tannehill

Tannehill
Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

This young quarterback has tremendous potential but his team doesn’t boast the record to show it. Regardless of their record, Tannehill is in no way the worst quarterback in the NFL.

14 of 33

20. Terrelle Pryor

Pryor
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Surprisingly, Pryor hasn’t been awful this season. He’s a multi-threat when he’s on the field but has only led his team to two wins.

15 of 33

19. Robert Griffin III

Griffin
Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

The knee injury looks like it has taken its toll on Griffin. He’s only thrown for six touchdown passes this season but his running ability is a threat to any team he faces.

16 of 33

18. Joe Flacco

Flacco
Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

A big new contract has Flacco locked up for many more years but his play so far is not deserving of it. Flacco has more picks than touchdowns this season but he’s done enough to earn them a winning record thus far

17 of 33

17. Andy Dalton

Dalton
Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

Dalton isn’t having himself the greatest start to the season, yet his team is 4-2 and first in the AFC North. His rating has only been over 100 in two games this season but if he’s guiding his team to wins, does it matter?

18 of 33

16. Nick Foles

Foles
Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Entering the game for an injured Michael Vick, Foles preformed like he’s deserving of the starting job. Foles has 542 yards passing with six touchdowns and get this, no interceptions. Turnovers are huge for the Eagles success and Foles is playing with a chip on his shoulder

19 of 33

15. Colin Kaepernick

Kaepernick
Robert Stanton-USA TODAY Sports

Not quite the stellar quarterback we saw in the latter half of last season, Kaepernick has had his share of struggles. His 55.9 completion percentage is nothing to get excited about but you never know when he’s going to sprint down the sidelines 70 yards for a touchdown.

20 of 33

14. Cam Newton

Newton
Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports

When you think of an up and down quarterback who can be tough to trust, you think of Newton. In some games this season he has shined and in some games he has stumbled. He’s still a big time threat to any team that faces him

21 of 33

13. Sam Bradford

Bradford
Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

Bradford is quietly having himself a fantastic start to the season. He’s amassed 13 touchdowns with only three interceptions. Compared to performances from other quarterback’s around the league this season, he’s rising the rankings

22 of 33

12. Alex Smith

Smith
Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

Under Andy Reid, Smith and the Chiefs have turned their franchise around. Smith’s numbers may not be mind blowing (seven touchdowns, three interceptions, 79.8 rating) but he’s leading the team to win every week.

23 of 33

11. Matt Ryan

Ryan
Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Falcons hoped this would be their season to shine but so far that has not been the case. The team is marred by injuries which has limited Ryan’s weapons but for Ryan himself, he’s not playing awful as he has 10 touchdowns and three interceptions.

24 of 33

10. Philip Rivers

Rivers
Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports

Having one of his best starts to the season in quite some time is Rivers. He’s amassed a 108.7 rating behind 14 touchdowns and five picks. If Rivers continue to play at this high level, the Chargers are again a threat.

25 of 33

9. Tony Romo

Romo
Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Romo is having one of the best starts to the season as any quarterback in the NFL. He threw for over 500 yards against the Broncos and nearly came out with a win. When the game is on the line, he does tend to struggle but regardless, he’s playing at a high level.

26 of 33

8. Jay Cutler

Cutler
Mike Dinovo-USA TODAY Sports

Unless you’re a Bears fan, you wouldn’t have guessed that Cutler would have this nice of a start to the season. He’s thrown 12 touchdown passes while accumulating six interceptions. He gives his team a chance to win every week and do I dare say I wouldn’t mind having Cutler as my starting quarterback?

27 of 33

7. Matthew Stafford

Stafford
Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

Stafford throws more than any quarterback in the league which can be grueling on ones arm but Stafford shows no signs of slowing down. With a new weapon in Reggie Bush, Stafford has multiple options in the passing game to succeed.

28 of 33

6. Tom Brady

Brady
Mark L. Baer-USA TODAY Sports

With the loss of his top-four receivers, Brady has had a tough time. He has airmailed some passes and the young receivers are dropping passing which has led to his 56.9 completion percentage. Regardless of his numbers, it’s Tom Brady. He’s still one of the better quarterback’s in the league and their 5-1 record proves it.

29 of 33

5. Russell Wilson

Wilson
Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

With his team making a strong case for Super Bowl contender, Wilson continues to play at a top-notch level. I would take this guy on my team any day.

30 of 33

4. Andrew Luck

Luck
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Luck looks to be the quarterback for many years for the Colts and is playing like it’s his 10th year in the league. His understanding for the game is head and shoulders over other quarterbacks and he’s one of the best, if not the best, young quarterback’s in the league.

31 of 33

3. Aaron Rodgers

Rodgers
Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

The Packers receivers got a little banged up last week but Rodgers still found a way to get it done. With a win over the defending Super Bowl champions, Rodgers has proved himself to still be one of the best quarterbacks in the league

32 of 33

2. Drew Brees

Brees
Mark L. Baer-USA TODAY Sports

There’s no second guessing Brees, he’s been one of the best and continues to hold that status.

33 of 33

1. Peyton Manning

Manning
Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

What can I say? This guy has it all. The team looks unstoppable and Manning even rushed for a touchdown for the first time in five years. He’s without a doubt the top quarterback right now
