With the New Orleans Saints being on their bye week in Week 7 against their next game will not be until week eight against the Buffalo Bills. The Saints are coming off a heartbreaking 30-27 loss to the New England Patriots and will be looking to bounce back against the Bills. One player that is probably very anxious to get is weekend tight end Jimmy Graham.
Graham had his worst game of a stellar season as he failed to make a reception for the first time since 2010. This Week 6 game will not be something that Graham will forget and you can be sure he will want to have a strong showing in the Saints’ next game.
I don’t think Graham will be shut out again at all this season, let alone the next game. Despite suffering an injury in week six. Graham should have a huge game. The Bills are ranked 22nd in the NFL in opponents’ passing yards as they allow 270.8 yards per game.
Drew Brees and the Saints’ offense are one of the best offenses in the NFL. Furthermore, the Saints are ranked third in passing yards per game with 311 yards per game.
Brees will find a way to get the ball to Graham and they will exploit the Bills’ secondary. Having an extra week to prepare, that will be a huge advantage for the team. There is no doubt that Graham will bounce back because he has been dominating all season, and despite being shut out last week, he still leads the NFL in receiving yards with 593. Furthermore, Graham leads the Saints with 37 receptions and six touchdowns.
Graham is the best tight end in the NFL and he might be the best receiver in the NFL. Graham will bounce back nicely and continue on the path to his historic season.
