The San Francisco 49ers will have relatively winnable game against the Tennessee Titans in Nashville in Week 7. The Titans are coming off a loss to the 49ers division rival the Seattle Seahawks and the 49ers just defeated the Arizona Cardinals at Candlestick Park. San Francisco is expected to make the playoffs while Tennessee is second in the AFC South division with potential for a wildcard spot. This game is still a must win game for both teams especially the 49ers in a tough and tight NFC conference and in second place in their division. If the 49ers lose this game, they may fall two games behind the Seahawks.
Expect both teams to play a physical game with some big plays from both teams. The 49ers on paper on one of the most talented teams in the NFL and the Titans can hit a few home runs with All-Pro runningback Chris Johnson getting into the open field. The Tennessee wide receivers at times can get open for big plays as well. On paper, this looks like a blow out the way San Francisco has been performing in recent weeks, but the team has been having a string of injuries recently.
San Francisco will do their usual running the football with veteran runningback Frank Gore; setting up the pass with the run. The defense will have another great performance by stopping the run and causing turnovers. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick with pass catchers Anquan Boldin and Vernon Davis will have a solid game. All things considered, San Francisco will win this game 28-20.
