The Indianapolis Colts took down the Denver Broncos for their first loss of the season not too long ago, but then fell, in embarrassing fashion, to the St. Louis Rams at home. The Colts rebounded in week 11, defeating the Tennessee Titans on the road. Andrew Luck is considered one of the best quarterbacks in the league and he’s only in his second season as a pro. Luck has passed for 2,430 yards and 14 touchdowns on the season, succeeding even after losing his favorite target in Reggie Wayne to a season ending knee injury. T.Y. Hilton leads the team in receiving with 46 catches for 707 yards and five touchdowns. Trent Richardson has been somewhat of a bust since being traded to the Colts, rushing for 272 yards and two touchdowns — averaging 2.8 yards per carry.

Being better than expected is not something anyone saw coming for the Arizona Cardinals this season. With a 6-4 record and some solid wins this season, the Cardinals are contending for a division title. Carson Palmer has been somewhat of a difference-maker for this team, passing for 2,573 yards and 14 touchdowns, but his 15 interceptions have made him look pedestrian. Larry Fitzgerald is no longer the team’s leading receiver as he has just 554 yards and six touchdowns while Michael Floyd leads the team with 657 yards and three touchdowns on three less catches than Fitzgerald. Andre Ellington leads the run game with 391 yards and two touchdowns on 6.2 yards per carry as a rookie running back.

Defensively, the Colts have not been very impressive this season. Indianapolis ranks 22nd in total yards allowed per game as well as 16th in rushing yards allowed per game. Their worst defensive asset is the run-stopping — or lack thereof — that ranks 28th in the NFL. Arizona ranks ninth in both points and total yards allowed per game while ranking second in the league in rushing yards allowed. However, they struggle at stopping the pass, ranking 20th in the league in passing yards allowed.

PREDICTION: Colts 34, Cardinals 23
