Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

It is Week 15 in the NFL, and the playoff race is dwindling down to just three weeks of regular season action left. Each remaining game is critical for the franchises with hopes of making the postseason. At this point in the season every team is dealing with injuries. However, some organizations are dealing with more injuries than others, and it is making a costly impact on the team.

Guys like Aaron Rodgers, Reggie Bush and Sean Lee remain on injury reports when each of their teams are looking for a win to help etch their way into the playoffs. Along with these men, some of the biggest names in football have shown up on the injury report prior to Week 15. Some player statuses have already been declared as out, but a handful of injuries will not be classified until kickoff.

Men who did not make this list are Rob Gronkowski, Cecil Shorts, Tony Gonzalez and Jonathan Stewart. Gronkowski's season-ending ACL injury was devastating, but the New England Patriots were able to win without the tight end and will continue to do so. Gonzalez is questionable, but the Atlanta Falcons are eliminated from the playoff race.

This top-10 list consists of men who are looked at as very important players, and their franchises will struggle without him. Here is a look at the top big-name injuries around the NFL that will be costly to their football teams in Week 15.
