5 NFL Teams That Will Definitely Win In Week 16
5 Teams That Wil Definitely Win In Week 16
Welcome everyone to a special holiday edition of five NFL teams that will definitely win. How is the holiday edition different than a regular version? It's not. Anyway, I'm coming off yet another disappointing three for five performance for Week 15. I'm going at least four out of five this week -- I almost halfway guarantee it.
The two teams I missed on during Week 15 were the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars. In hindsight I'm really regretting the Denver pick, and I didn't feel overconfident about it either. The Broncos were pretty much on cruise control and were without Wes Welker. The San Diego Chargers needed the game a lot more and it showed. Basically I saw it coming and just said "nah, Denver will take care of business." Sometimes you just have to go with your gut. As for the Jaguars, what can I say? I picked a four-win team to beat another four win team (Buffalo Bills). You can't just go with all of the obvious picks.
To help save me some face I'd like to thank the Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts, and Seattle Seahawks. Not only did these teams win, but they did so convincingly over the inferior teams they were playing. That's how it should be, especially at this time of the year.
I’m feeling confident about bouncing back this week. The following five teams will definitely win in Week 16. Have a happy and safe holiday, and as always enjoy the show.

5. Carolina Panthers
So here's my non-obvious pick for the week. I know the Carolina Panthers got beat pretty bad by the New Orleans Saints two weeks ago, but that was a night game in New Orleans. Now the Saints have to go out into the cold, and as we've seen over the years they're just not the same team. Drew Brees and company could be in for a long day.
4. Denver Broncos
The Broncos should have no problem rebounding against the crappy Houston Texans, right? The Texans will definitely be able to put some points on the board against Denver's defense, but there's no way the Broncos are losing two in a row to lose control of the AFC West to the Chiefs. Sorry, Texans.
3. Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions lost a heart-breaker to the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night. They must win out to have a shot of the playoffs, and they get the New York Giants at home. The 2013 season probably can't end fast enough for the Giants. This has all the makings of rebound blowout game.
2. Seattle Seahawks
Nothing against the Arizona Cardinals; they're a good team and all. I just don't see anyone winning in Seattle -- especially when a win for them clinches home-field advantage in the NFC.
