With the Cleveland Browns, Manziel would bring excitement to a franchise that has craved it for years. Manziel would provide Cleveland with a potential franchise quarterback to pair with star receiver Josh Gordon, and that's a combination sure to be dangerous to opposing defenses.

Manziel and the Cleveland Browns are a perfect match for each other.

The Blaine Gabbert experiment hasn't worked out, and nobody is mistaking Chad Henne as an NFL starter, however, by adding Manziel to the mix, Jacksonville adds a jolt of life to their offense that Gabbert and Henne simply can’t add. In Jacksonville, Manziel could be faced with the perfect opportunity to continue his playmaking ways, and in the process, become the franchise quarterback that the Jaguars have been searching for.

2. Minnesota Vikings

Much like Blaine Gabbert in Jacksonville, Christian Ponder simply hasn’t worked out as the starting quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings. With Manziel, Cordarrelle Patterson and Adrian Peterson, this Minnesota offense would have the potential to be a dominant force in the NFL for years to come.

1. Houston Texans

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

While it’s unlikely that the Houston Texans decide to go with Manziel at No. 1 overall, it’s still fun to think about that offense with Manziel added to the fold. DeAndre Hopkins and Manziel would be a very fun, exciting tandem to watch every week.
