5 Questions To Ask John Fox

Have you ever wished that a reporter could ask a question you would like an answer to from your favorite team's head coach? Or better yet, if you could ask the question? I am sure a lot of people think about it quite a bit.

Reporters are always asking players, coaches and front office personnel about what direction the team is going, how they feel about a win or loss, the season in general or about players themselves. It is important that the person who is receiving the question tries to answer it in the best way that they can.

For the Denver Broncos, head coach John Fox has to answer quite a few questions in the offseason. Revisiting on how the team did this year, the Broncos won the AFC West title for the third straight year under Fox and made the playoffs during those years. He also helped lead the team to two straight No. 1 seeds in the conference and home-field advantage throughout. Fox even helped the team take a huge step during the 2013 season by making it to the Super Bowl for the first time in 15 years for the franchise.

It is safe to say that Fox has become a very successful head coach for the Broncos since his arrival in 2011. He has had a lot of positive things going for him in the past couple years, but as with every coach during the offseason, he is going to be asked quite a few questions on how the team could look in 2014. He will probably be asked about quite a few things regarding free agency, the draft and his plans for next season.

So with all of this in mind here are five questions that I would ask if I ever met John Fox before the 2014 season begins.

5. How Is Your Health?

During the Broncos' bye week, Fox had to undergo surgery on his heart that sidelined him for one month of the season while Jack Del Rio took over. I would be asking how much stronger he feels since the surgery.

4. Is a Fourth Straight AFC West Division Title Possible in 2014?

Fox has gone 3-for-3 in division titles since he became the Broncos head coach in 2011. 2014 might be a bit of a stretch with the Kansas City Chiefs and San Diego Chargers getting better as it showed in their 2013 records. The Broncos are still the team to beat, but I am sure this year could be a challenge.

3. How Will The Team Handle Free Agency?

free agency
Robert Deutsch- USA TODAY Sports

With so many pending free agents to hit the market for the Broncos, this is perhaps the easiest question any person of the media would have to ask Fox. But it is always a hot topic and it could be beneficial to see what he believes could happen during this time period.

2. What Players Impressed You At The NFL Combine?

Brad Penner- USA TODAY Sports

With the NFL Draft set to begin in May, the combine is the best way for coaches and front office personnel to get an idea on who they would like to draft. It would be interesting to see who impressed Fox the most during that time and who could help his team make a run.

1. Can The Broncos Win The Super Bowl In 2015?

Matthew Emmons- USA TODAY Sports

With the team getting so close to winning it in 2014, this would be another question that would be asked a lot by the media. But I am sure the answer will be the same for Fox; he would say that the season is very unpredictable and that is the goal every season.
