Day 1 of NFL free agency presented many surprises and shifting of power throughout the league. While Day 2 wasn't quite as crazy as Day 1, there were still a few surprises on the day. Several teams got even better, while some stood pat. Here's a look at some of the most surprising moves from the second day of NFL free agency.

The Deal: Four years, M

Buffalo took the first steps toward replacing departed safety Jairus Byrd by inking Graham to a four-year deal. Traditionally, he has played nickel corner in the past, but the amount of money he was given shows the Bills may be interested in making him an every down defensive back.

Once a revelation in Dallas, Austin's days are over playing for the Cowboys. The Cowboys cut him today, which will make him a free agent. His best days are seemingly behind him, but he could be a steal for a team in the market for a receiver.

3. Lions Sign WR Golden Tate

The Deal: Five years, M

Tate provides a secondary option for quarterback Matthew Stafford to throw the ball to opposite Megatron. His cocky attitude should fit perfectly with the Lions, who despite their 7-9 record, always seem to play with swagger.

2. Buccaneers Sign QB Josh McCown

The Deal: Two years, M (could reach as much as M)

McCown played himself into a lot more money last season while being one of the most efficient passers in football in 2013. The Buccaneers have already named their starting quarterback and at least for the next couple years, McCown's football career has been revived.

The Deal: Three years, M (M guaranteed)

Denver just keeps on chugging this free agency by adding a third different play maker to the defensive side of the ball. The Broncos' weakness was their defense a season ago, but at least on paper, that seems like a non-issue after just two days of free agency.
