Now that day two of free agency is in the books, teams have cherry-picked over the list of players and signed some fat checks. That does not mean, however, that there is a lack of talent remaining. Here is a list of the NFL's best remaining free agents.

The Green Bay Packers defensive tackle has seen his stock drop a little bit, but the former commercial star is still a very solid player and could be had a decent price.

Nicks is another guy who has seen his stock fall over the past season. Many thought he would command a high salary, but his injury plagued campaign last year has dropped his price considerably, though he would be a nice bargain for a team needing receiver help.

8. Julius Peppers

Peppers' stint in Chicago was considered by many to be a failure, but he would be a great addition for a 4-3 team that needs a pass rusher.

7. Justin Tuck

Father time may be catching up with Tuck, but he would be worth a gamble on a one or two-year deal. He might still have a little left in the tank.

Yet another defensive end! Much like Tuck and Peppers, Jared Allen could provide a pass rushing boost to a team that desperately needs it.

Cleveland slapped the transition tag on Mack, meaning that they would have the opportunity to match any offer he receives. A team desperate enough, however, might be able to pry the Pro Bowl center away at the right price.

4. Henry Melton

Melton went down with a torn ACL early last year, and had it not been for that, he might have broken the bank this offseason. As it stands, however, some team is probably going to get good bang for their buck for this young defensive tackle.

New England's talented linebacker is set to cash in after some very productive years with the Patriots. His snaps were diminished a little last year, and it looks like he his on his way out the door in Foxboro.

The best quarterback on the market is also the most polarizing. If Vick can stay healthy, which is asking a lot, he could be a big help for a team in need of quarterback help.

Edelman is the best receiver on the market, and, arguably, the best overall player on the market. He had a great season with the Patriots last year and will be looking for a nice payday. Like Vick, Edelman is a big question mark injury-wise. However, when he is on the field, he is a difference maker.
