Since Jeff Fisher took over, the team has prided itself upon drafting well and keeping their young talent, and with the 2014 NFL Draft on the way, it's important the Rams nail the draft yet again. Here are five players the St. Louis Rams should target with the 13th pick. 5. Marqise Lee Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports 5. Marqise Lee Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports Tavon Austin is a nice, young weapon; however, he is not a true No. 1 receiver in the NFL. Just last year, Marqise Lee was viewed as a top-10 pick, and despite an injury-plagued season, he still has the potential to be quite the force at the next level. 4. Anthony Barr Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports 3. Anthony Barr Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports Last year, the Rams picked up the promising Alec Ogletree in the draft, however, despite Ogletree’s brilliance, the other outside linebacker spot is a question mark. Anthony Barr has the potential to become a dominant pass rusher, and he could thrive in St. Louis. 2. Taylor Lewan Matthew O'Haren-USA TODAY Sports 2. Taylor Lewan Matthew O'Haren-USA TODAY Sports Due to some off-field issues, Taylor Lewan’s draft stock seems to be slipping a little. That said, Jeff Fisher has never had a problem with taking risks on troubled players, and with a huge need at the offensive tackle position, Lewan would be a great pick-up. 1. Mike Evans Thomas Campbell-USA TODAY Sports 1. Mike Evans Thomas Campbell-USA TODAY Sports If he’s on the board, selecting Mike Evans should become the Rams’ top priority. Evans is more physically dominant than Marqise Lee, and at 6-foot-5, possesses the size the Rams should be looking for.
