The latest 2014 NFL Draft buzz is that the Houston Texans are indeed open to trading their No. 1 overall pick. It's tough to decipher exactly what the Texans mindset is at this point, but they don't appear to be head over heels for any QBs in this year's class.

Here's a look at five teams in the top 10 that could be willing to make a draft day trade with the Texans:

5. Atlanta Falcons

Jadeveon Clowney has openly expressed interest in playing for the Falcons, but at No. 6, they don't really have much of a chance to land him. If Atlanta sees a defensive franchise player in the DE, it wouldn't be completely crazy for them to trade up five spots.

Oakland is always a candidate to trade up on draft day. You never know what direction the franchise is going in, and moving up from No. 5 to No. 1, likely wouldn't cost them an arm and a leg.

3. Cleveland Browns

Don't forget about the fact that Cleveland has two first round selections this year (Trent Richardson trade). With the No. 26 spot already locked up, it's very possible that they'll be willing to give Houston an early-to-mid round selection for the No. 1 spot.

The Bills are reportedly the top team interested in trading up. However, many think it's unlikely that Houston would be willing to drop all the way down to No. 9. The Bills will have to put one heck of a package on the table for the Texans to listen.

I've still got the Jags as the top candidate for moving up in this year's draft. They currently own the third pick, and that's certainly not too far down for Houston. On top of that, Jacksonville owns 11 total picks in 2014. Of all 32 teams, they're by far in the best position to make a trade-up happen.
