With only four wins in the 2013 season, the Jacksonville Jaguars have no where to go but up. With a few key draft picks and some more activity in free agency, the Jaguars could finish the 2014 season with a winning record.

Here are five free agents who the Jacksonville Jaguars should still sign.

Austin Collie has had the good fortune to catch passes from both Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. Whether a rookie or veteran quarterback will be the starter for the Jaguars, Collie would be an additional weapon who could quickly insert himself into the offense.

Signing Josh Freeman would purely be about adding depth. The Jaguars could probably snag Freeman on a one-year deal, and he could fill in if Chad Henne were to become injured. If Freeman became the starter for some reason and showed his ability to lead an NFL team, the Jaguars could shop him around if he signed a multi-year deal.

While Ace Sanders and Cecil Shorts are talented young players, the Jaguars need an experienced receiver to improve its offense. The Jaguars ranked 22nd in passing yards in 2013, and a proven receiver like Santonio Holmes would help improve that stat.

2. Sidney Rice

Because of his injury history, Sidney Rice is a risky option for any team. With that being said, the Jaguars need to take some risks in order to become competitive. If Rice can duplicate his 2009 stats of 1,312 receiving yards, four games with 100 receiving yards or more and eight touchdowns, the Jaguars will look like geniuses.

If the organization decides to draft a quarterback, the young signal caller will need plenty of protection. With the loss of Maurice Jones-Drew, fullback Vonta Leach will be able to protect his young quarterback while also making room for new running back Toby Gerhart.
