The Cleveland Browns have been a hot topic of discussion throughout the offseason and leading into the draft. What the Browns are planning to do in the upcoming NFL draft is yet to be determined, but many have tried to guess. Here are some of the rumors flying around pertaining to the Browns and their potential plans.

When it was revealed that only Ray Farmer of the Browns was in attendance for Bridgewater's lackluster pro day, sources around the league speculated that Bridgewater was no longer an option for the Browns at the No. 4 spot. It's been thought that Cleveland has focused its attention elsewhere and may be looking at options other than Bridgewater.

4. Is Blake Bortles at the Top of the Browns' List?

With so many believing the Browns will take a quarterback with the No. 4 overall pick, Bortles is thought to be one of two in the running. However, the likelihood that Bortles is around at four isn't strong. If Bortles is off the board by the time the Browns are on the clock, they could look at their second option or at a position other than QB. Bortles has the build of an NFL QB, but his ability to lead an offense has been questioned by some.

The possibility of Derek Carr winding up in a Browns uniform seems likely, but not at pick No. 4. According to reports, Carr impressed during his pro day and the Browns are looking his way. If that's the case, Cleveland could wind up taking Carr with pick No. 26 in the first round. This scenario looks like a strong possibility as there are question marks surrounding the quarterbacks ahead of Carr.

2. Will Johnny Manziel End Up in a Cleveland Uniform?

The media circus caused by Manziel's pro day, mixed with the reports of Browns personnel not attending, caused a frenzy for NFL reporters trying to figure out whether Manziel was on the Browns' radar. Johnny Football is thought to be a good fit for Kyle Shanahan's offense and could be used much like Robert Griffin III. Manziel impressed during his workout and if the Browns are targeting a QB at No. 4, he could be the guy.

While it's been widely speculated that the Browns will look at a QB with their No. 4 pick, the notion that Cleveland will take the "best overall" approach is gaining steam. Cleveland could be looking at wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Watkins is thought to be the best overall prospect in the draft, and the Browns could redeem themselves for passing on Julio Jones in 2011. Watkins would be an exciting complement to the Browns' downfield attack.
