Chris Johnson became the latest acquisition by the New York Jets, signing a two-year deal to bring his style of ground-and-pound football to the team. Take a look at 5 fun facts you probably didn't know about him in this revealing slideshow!
Johnson is the only player in NFL history with six touchdown runs of 80 yards or more. His last one? Against the Jets back in 2012!
Johnson has a set of gold teeth which he loves to show off every single time he smiles. In fact, Johnson refuses to play football unless he has them on. He considers them good luck!
Having over 35 tattoos all over his body, Johnson absolutely loves ink. His favorite tattoo? The 4.24 time he ran in the 40-yard dash when he participated in the NFL Combine; it's tattooed on his calf!
Due to the fact that RB Curtis Martin got his No. 28 jersey number retired by the team, Johnson will have to change the number that made him famous with the Tennessee Titans. He will most likely use No. 24, one of the numbers he used growing up and in college football!
Johnson has made numerous TV appearances across sports and national TV shows. His most recent ones? He was a special guest judge on Spike TV's "Ink Master" as well as National Geographic's "Man Vs. Cheetah". Now in the New York market, one can only imagine how many other appearances he's going to make in the Big Apple!
