The Oakland Raiders will be fielding a whole different team in 2014, despite having the same regime in place from last year. The Raiders have a ton of needs on the offensive side of the ball, and they should look to acquire some players who are primed for breakout seasons. Here are five trades the Raiders should consider before the 2014 NFL Draft.

James Hanna was once a promising player backing up Jason Witten for the Dallas Cowboys. In the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft, the Cowboys elected to draft Gavin Escobar. That being said, the writing was on the wall for Hanna. Even though he played for Dallas last year, there is not a doubt in my mind that Dallas wouldn't be open to trading the speedy tight end. Oakland needs a tight end, and Hanna has a ton of potential.

4. Trade Matt McGloin

The Raiders just traded Terrelle Pryor, and they should look to move Matt McGloin too. That will ultimately end last season's soap opera between the two quarterbacks. McGloin and Pryor aren't long-term options, and the Raiders should look to draft a quarterback sometime in the middle rounds of this year's draft. Matt Schaub will be a good stopgap option for the Raiders in 2014.

3. Trade Denarius Moore

Denarius Moore's stock is at an all-time high because he was the best player on a bad team. Many players have cashed in on big contracts because of their production on subpar offenses. Oakland could get perhaps a third or fourth-round pick for the shifty wideout. Trading Moore would be a smart idea because this year's receiver class is ridiculously deep.

2. Trade For Dion Jordan

Dion Jordan was taken extremely high in the 2013 NFL Draft, but he barely saw the field in his freshman season. Jordan has the frame to bulk up and be a stud, but there are concerns over his consistency. The Dolphins would like to trade Jordan, and the Raiders need a pass rusher. Justin Tuck is going to retire soon. Having a force on the edge creates takeaways for the secondary.

This draft class is one of the deepest in recent memory, and Reggie McKenzie and co. need to realize that. To fill needs, the Raiders should draft back in the first round to pick up some extra middle-round picks. The Raiders got a ton of quality veterans in FA. Having a ton of rookies would be smart because it would bring a good balance of youth and experience. The Lions want Sammy Watkins, and they would be a good trade-back target.
