The Seattle Seahawks are your Super Bowl Champions, and it seems the NFL used the schedule to try to profit from that fact. As usual, they play on the first game of the year against a big team. They have a rough schedule early but don't see most of their NFC West matchups until later in the season. It will be a rough road back to the Super Bowl for the Seahawks, and these are their five biggest matchups of 2014.

We will see very quickly if the Seahawks are the same team this year that they were last year. They play one of the best QBs in the game when Aaron Rodgers comes to town to start the season. It will be a great way for them to start their championship defense. We all know what happened last time this defense played an elite QB with all eyes on them.

It isn't usual that you see a Super Bowl rematch the next season, but we'll be lucky enough to witness this early in 2014. The Denver Broncos are retooled after a busy offseason. They brought in Aqib Talib and DeMarcus Ware to make their defense one of the better units in football. The fact that this game is not on national television is almost criminal.

3. Week 5 at Washington Monday Night Football

The Seahawks have one game on ESPN, and it is another matchup of 2012 draft class QBs. Robert Griffin III should finally be 100 percent healthy when these two meet. He now has a few more weapons, and the Redskins look to bounce back from an awful 2013. These two teams will provide an electric matchup which will be must-see TV.

In a battle of the best defenses in the league, the Arrowhead Stadium crowd will be extra loud for this game. The two teams in this game go back and forth for owning the world's loudest stadium (according to Guinness). This is a typical matchup of strength versus strength.

The rivalry between the Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers has become one of, if not the best rivalry in the NFL. There will be a lot riding on this game on Thursday night when these two teams finally meet. The Hawks will come off what will most likely be a grueling game against the Cardinals that Sunday and trying to take on the 49ers three days later.
