It has been a busy offseason for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They have a new coach and a new QB after bringing in Lovie Smith and Josh McCown. They have plenty of needs heading into this draft, though they would be remiss if they didn't add another offensive weapon for Josh McCown, such as Mike Evans or Sammy Watkins. So, here are five ways the Bucs could waste their first-round pick.

5. Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M

Johnny football would be a terrible idea for the Bucs to take with this pick. After paying out million to Josh McCown, the Bucs do not need to add another QB to the mix, especially one as enigmatic as Manziel.

Clinton-Dix is considered by many to be the best Safety in this draft, though safety isn't a position of great need for the Bucs. Offense is still the most likely draft target for the team.

The Bucs have a definite need at WR, though Beckham doesn't have the skill set needed here. Beckham has great speed, though he lacks the ability to go up and get those 50/50 balls, which is a must for a team with two unproven QBs.

2. Morgan Moses, OL, University of Virginia

Moses has been climbing up draft boards lately, and though the Bucs could always use help along the O-line, Moses would be a bit of a reach at this pick. The team should still have the ability to grab a quality O-lineman later in the draft and use this high pick on an elite offensive playmaker.

1. Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State

Dennard is an elite talent at CB, though the Bucs actually do not need any help at the position, especially at the cost of this pick. Alterraun Verner and Mike Jenkins should be able to play well in Lovie Smith's system, meaning the team could add depth in the later rounds for injury support. This top pick should be used on an elite WR like Mike Evans or Sammy Watkins.
