The Philadelphia Eagles will head into the 2014 NFL Draft with a number of options. One of the options available to the team is trading down from No. 22 overall, and one of the teams reportedly showing lots of interest in moving up is the San Francisco 49ers. If this is the case, these are the reasons why Eagles general manager Howie Roseman should consider listening to an offer from 49ers GM Trent Baalke.

Gamble is a major reason why the 49ers are one of the top teams in the NFC. Gamble, who is currently the Eagles’ Vice President of Player Personnel, was the 49ers' Director of Player Personnel for eight seasons. It is very conceivable that Gamble still has connections with the 49ers front office. He would be instrumental in facilitating a trade between the two teams.

It has been reported that the 49ers are looking to add an impact receiver in this year’s draft. Players such as Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandin Cooks figure to be available at No. 22. Adding one of these receivers to a 49ers offense that includes Anquan Boldin and Michael Crabtree would make the 49ers' offense dynamic.

Many pundits have said that this is one of the deepest draft classes in recent memory. Add to the fact that the Eagles have only have six draft picks and trading down to pick up another third-round pick could be a possibility for the Eagles.

If the Eagles trade down to pick No. 30, there is a chance that two receivers could be available. Marqise Lee and Allen Robinson both have skills that can allow them to flourish in Chip Kelly’s offense.

The draft would be the perfect time to get a good player who will be a part of the defense for years to come. Anthony Barr, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and Calvin Pryor may all be gone by the time the Eagles are on the clock. If all of these players are gone, there is a chance the Eagles will move down to the 30th pick.
