What’s Brett Favre up to these days? Besides pumping iron and declining to use Just For Men, he’s decided to start sharing some of his football thoughts online. Even though he’s looking more and more like an old man, he decided to discuss the top five picks in the 2014 NFL Draft via a new age way.

Here’s the future Hall of Fame QB on this year’s top picks from a webcam in his living room:

Jadeveon Clowney‘s name wasn’t mentioned by Favre, but you have to assume he was the top prospect on his list. No matter your opinion of Clowney’s work ethic, there’s no denying he’s a top talent in this year’s draft.

Favre entered the NFL way back in 1991 when he was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons.

As you can see, things were just a wee bit different back then. That cordless phone is large and in charge and those jorts are nothing short of amazing. It looks like he just packed a bunch of people into his dorm room at Southern Mississippi and they all waited for the phone call…

One guy who’s drawing a lot of Favre comparisons these days is of course Johnny Manziel. The ol’ gunslinger sees a little bit of himself in John Football and there’s nothing wrong with that. They both are elusive QBs and seem to have that x-factor that you just can’t put your finger on.

Manziel will be lucky to have half the career that Favre did, but one way or another, he’ll be rich in the near future.
