With rookie mini-camps being held over the past weekend, it is time to start evaluating who has a chance to actually make the Chicago Bears' 53-man roster this year. That being said, here is my list of five undrafted free agents with the best shot at making the team in 2014.

Coming from a smaller school in the University of North Texas, Trice was not a highly touted player, though he did finish his collegiate career with 153 tackles, seven interceptions, 10 pass breakups, 11 tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, three recoveries and a sack. If he hopes to make the final roster, Trice will also need to contribute on special teams, which he did well in college with a blocked punt and a blocked FG in his senior season.

4. DeDe Lattimore, MLB

A middle linebacker out of the University of South Florida, Lattimore is a very explosive player with great skill when blitzing. His downfall is his size. At only 6-foot-0, he has struggled in coverage at times. He was graded highly at stopping the run, which is something the Bears need help with. With D.J. Williams nearing the end of his career, Lattimore will have a chance to make the team as a future replacement to Williams.

3. Ryan Groy, G

Groy has the size and smarts to be a reliable back-up in the NFL, if not a decent starter one day. He has the pedigree of coming out of the University of Wisconsin, which annually produces great lineman, and the Bears are always looking for quality depth along the line.

2. Jordan Lynch, RB

The 2013 Heisman Trophy finalist played QB while at Northern Illinois, though the Bears have moved him to RB. This shouldn't be too hard for Lynch as he finished his college career with 4,304 rushing yards and 47 TDs, more than Matt Forte and Ka'Deem Carey had in college. Lynch will make this team as a third string RB and special teams member. His attitude and heart on the field will be the things that force the Bears to keep him around.

Christian Jones should have been an early round draft pick in the most recent draft, but he failed his drug test at the combine and most teams did not want to take a chance on him. Jones is a bit of a raw talent, but make no mistake about it, he has plenty of that talent. At 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, he showed a great ability at Florida State to shed blocks and get to the QB. As long as Jones has the right attitude, he should be a lock.
