The Buffalo Bills, with new additions from free agency and the draft in the fold, have entered the development phase of the offseason. Here are five rumors surrounding the club two months out from the opening of training camp.

The Bills drafted a talented but troubled offensive tackle in Miami's Seantrel Henderson during the seventh round. Given Henderson's questionable character and work ethic, though, Buffalo has reportedly told him he only has "one shot" with the franchise.

The Bills likely won't have a Pro Bowl-caliber, ballhawk in center field in 2014 after Jairus Byrd bolted for the New Orleans Saints in free agency. But that doesn't mean the position has to be a weak spot for Buffalo moving forward. Aaron Williams, who was Pro Football Focus' No. 28 most efficient safety last season, is rumored to be a candidate to move to free safety from strong safety to fill Byrd's void.

Cornerback Ross Cockrell was drafted in the fourth round by the Bills to improve the team's secondary. He may do so at an unexpected spot, however. Cockrell is considered an option to move to safety in light of Byrd's aforementioned signing with the Saints. Trusting Cockrell with the starting free safety job would be a lot to ask of a rookie, though.

Trading Stevie Johnson to the San Francisco 49ers earlier this month left a sizable hole at slot receiver for the Bills. Second-year receiver Robert Woods will reportedly be given an opportunity to fill it, though. First-round pick Sammy Watkins and Mike Williams, who was recently acquired in a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will likely spend the majority of their time operating on the perimeter.

Rumors suggest the Bills will be sold to new ownership as early as October. That might be frightening to Bills fans considering it's uncertain whether or not the club's new owner will remain committed to Western New York. The Bills' lease with Ralph Wilson Stadium isn't scheduled to expire until 2020, but moving the team within its "home territory" to Toronto is an option.
