Now that rookie minicamp is over, the New York Jets are set to begin organized team activities with the starters and potential starters in just a few days. See five things you need to look for when starters begin their OTAs.

When the Jets drafted safety Calvin Pryor in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, they knew he has the potential to be the game-changing defensive player they've been looking for. All signs point to Pryor being an immediate starter, hence why he will also be a part of these OTAs. If he can translate his college success onto the Jets, the sky is the limit to what he'll bring to the defensive secondary. "Bonecrusher" is here to make a stand.

4. Will Eric Decker Continue to Succeed With Jets?

The Jets spent top dollar to acquire the top free agent wide receiver in Eric Decker. Many who say he will be on the decline because he won't have Peyton Manning throwing to him will be surprised. Decker will be one of the top receivers on the team, because he makes everyone around him better. While he'll be more of the No. 2 option, what he brings to the table is a dramatic upgrade from last season.

3. Are the Jets Truly Sticking with Geno Smith?

While Michael Vick has been very smart and humble so far this offseason, he's going into OTAs as a backup quarterback. If Geno Smith has truly evolved this offseason, especially with his intensive regimen to improve as an athlete at quarterback camp, this is his job to lose. The Jets will commit to Smith as long as he executes; otherwise, Vick will be waiting in the shadows.

2. Will Jace Amaro Become Hidden Surprise?

Most will agree that it's been a long time coming since the Jets have had a big threat at tight end, and now they might have a hidden gem in Jace Amaro. He's physical, has great hands and looks like he could be the next big thing on offense. Expected to share starting time with Jeff Cumberland, big things will be coming from Amaro as he'll have a big role on offense from making plays to having key blocks on rushing attempts.

There is no more "Revis Island", Ed Reed or Antonio Cromartie. It's now all about Dee Milliner and his efforts to solidify himself as the unquestionable starting cornerback on the Jets. Destiny is in his hands if he's to become the next true shutdown defensive anchor, and what he does going into his sophomore season may determine the rest of his career. All eyes will be on him rather than the "quarterback controversy" that doesn't even exist.

Brandon Marshall Tells Rich Eisen He Hasn't Spoken To Jay Cutler

During a recent appearance on ' The Rich Eisen Show', former Chicago Bears and current New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall was asked about his relationship with his old quarterback, Jay Cutler. Marshall, who has zero chill, replied that he had not spoken to Cutler in "two years." Naturally, Eisen was shocked and mentioned that they were teammates just a season ago. Marshall essentially confirmed that they were not talking off the field during his last year in Chicago, but ultimately wished Cutler well.
