The Denver Broncos are on a mission to do better in 2014 after suffering a beat down in the Super Bowl. They enter as one of the favorites, but there is no doubting that they need the support of all 53 players to make that a reality. Some players have impressed so far while others have not.

With training camp and preseason getting closer each day, here are five Broncos players who have impressed so far in OTAs and are climbing the depth chart.

Even though Cody Latimer has to battle with Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders and Wes Welker in order to start, there is no denying on how impressive the rookie from Indiana has looked during OTAs. Even a broken foot has not stopped him, as he has been explosive in the early going. There is no doubt the Broncos will look his way if one of their top wide outs goes down with an injury.

An undrafted free agent who is impressing in OTAs is something remarkable for Broncos fans to witness. There are many running backs on the roster, and it appears that Brennan Clay is doing well to separate himself from the pack. In fact, him and a few other running backs could compete for the backup running back position. This position will be one to watch in training camp, but Clay has impressed out of them all.

Coming off of a scary spinal injury that ended his 2013 campaign, Derek Wolfe has come back even stronger and in football shape. He also has stated that he feels more comfortable on the inside on the defensive line. This could mean that we could see Wolfe more as a defensive tackle this season, granted that his solid work continues to show from here on out.

The speedy wide out from Fresno State has done nothing but impress during OTAs with his speed. He has also added his ability to control his body, which helps his case as more than just a returner. He is perhaps the UDFA who has impressed the most out of all of them. We all can see him making the roster as a returner, but look for him to compete with Andre Caldwell for a roster spot as a wide out as well.

With the departure of Eric Decker, Emmanuel Sanders was the man to see take over. So far at OTAs, he has done an excellent job at filling those shoes. He presents a deep threat to defenses and gives Peyton Manning another option. His ability to get downfield gives the offense a new way to beat defenses, and Sanders has done an excellent job at that and should secure him as an outside wide out that gives defenses nightmares.
