The Green Bay Packers know how important the offseason program is, especially on a roster filled with young, talented players. The Packers are always on the look for players who are ready to take the leap and earn more playing time. Here are five Packers who have moved up the depth chart with an impressive offseason.

5. Don Barclay

Don Barclay ended last season as a starter and starts this season out as a backup. However, he earned his starting shot last season at right tackle due to injury and if there is an injury anywhere on the offensive line, Barclay will fill in. He has played all five positions this offseason and earned high praise from head coach Mike McCarthy.

4. DuJuan Harris

Head Coach Mike McCarthy expected Harris to be part of a one-two punch with Eddie Lacy last season, but it never materialized due to Harris suffering a season ending injury. So far in OTAs, Harris has looked good and that has gotten him back into the conversation at running back, especially with Jonathan Franklin sidelined.

3. Jamari Lattimore

Jamari Lattimore has also turned heads at Packers OTAs. He has also been part of some different packages and it seems like the coaching staff is trying to feature him more. He may not be one of the starting inside linebackers this season, but he will definitely see the field on defense.

2. Micah Hyde

Micah Hyde has opened eyes this offseason thanks to his move to safety. It hasn't been decided if he will be at safety full-time, but if so, he should have an opportunity to compete with Ha Ha Clinton-Dix for the starting job opposite Morgan Burnett.

1. Richard Rodgers

The Packers have a gaping hole at tight end with the undetermined status of Jermichael Finley. Yet, Rodgers, a third round pick out of Cal, has impressed during OTA's drawing praise from Aaron Rodgers and McCarthy. Rodgers has a real chance to earn a role in the passing game if he continues making plays.
