The Denver Broncos are not too far away from starting Training Camp on July 24. There will be plenty of news regarding rumors, players and coaches, as well as team expectations for the 2014 NFL season. The Broncos will be looking to build off a record setting year. Here are five storylines Broncos fans should follow during Training Camp.

5. Potential Elite Front Seven

The Broncos have spent the majority of the offseason creating a solid defense with additions like Demarcus Ware, Aqib Talib and T.J. Ward, to name a few. The area of defense that could be dangerous for opposing offenses to face are the first seven men. This is a group who has a lot of potential to be a great unit not just in 2014, but perhaps for years to come.

As I have stated before, Chris Clark ended mini-camp and OTAs in a battle with Michael Schofield and Winston Justice for the starting job. This will be an intriguing position battle, as the Broncos will look to build the best offensive line to protect Peyton Manning.

Nate Irving has a job that he can potentially lose going to Training Camp. It is not easy when you have two rookies drafted in Lamin Barrow and Corey Nelson breathing down your neck. If the Broncos are looking for the elite status that I mentioned earlier about their front seven, this will be a battle to be watching.

2. Deal For Demaryius Thomas

The Broncos had reportedly to have made an offer to Demaryius Thomas on a five year extension. While the details are still being ironed out and both sides come to an agreement, this will be highly talked about in Broncos country. Can the team lock him up long term and how will it impact the other players on the team?

With Knowshon Moreno no longer with the team, the head of the running backs is Montee Ball. In just his second year, he will show the league what he can do. While he will not be on the field for every snap, he will have to lead these young group of guys and mentor them. This season will be the year that Ball has a chance to prove himself.

Eli Manning Has Interesting Reaction To Broncos' Super Bowl Win

Eli Manning was captured on video making an interesting face when the Denver Broncos cemented their Super Bowl 50 win. The Internet firmly believes Eli is upset that Peyton now has two rings just like he does, but this is simply an overreaction. Eli was clearly nervous throughout the game, and his odd facial expressions are more indicative of a sign of relief than anything else.
