Gang Green is not usually known for its offense, but it needs to be known for it if it wants to win this season. Eric Decker and Chris Johnson are the two big names who will join the Jets in 2014, but look for new faces to step up and play a key role this year.

The former New England Patriot was know as "Baby Gronk" during his time with the team and now the Jets hope that he can live up to that name for them. Sudfeld is a big-bodied TE who uses his big frame to make plays in the middle of the field. Standing at 6-foot-7 gives Sudfeld a big advantage and he is already off to a great start in training camp. If he keeps playing well, he is sure to find some playing time.

Amaro is off to a slow start in training camp, but the Jets need him to play like an NFL-ready pro when the season begins. He might not win the starting TE job because that job belongs to Jeff Cumberland currently, but he will find his way onto the field if he proves himself. I know that Amaro is only a rookie, but if the Jets plan on winning now, he is one of the talented pieces who the Jets need to produce.

Nelson had only 36 receptions and 423 yards in 2014, but he was a consistent player week in and week out. With a young Jets roster taking the field in 2014, it needs Nelson to play well and be a reliable target amongst the Jets WRs. I don't see Nelson as a star WR, but I do see him as a guy who can put up a consistent 50-75 yards a week with a score here and there.

Last season, Ivory played well as the Jets' featured back. He's a hard-working, down-field runner and now that he has Chris Johnson by his side, his power mixed with Johnson's speed is a great one-two punch for the Jets. Ivory is set to be the goal-line back for the Jets this season and I think that is a great role to compliment his style.

Smith will be the make or break player for the New York Jets in 2014. If Smith plays well, then the Jets can go pretty far this season, but if he struggles out of the gate, look for the inpatient Jets fans to yell and chant for Michael Vick. It's all on Smith this year and the Jets need him to be the guy at quarterback.
