With one week down and three more games to go of preseason football, the Detroit Lions will continue to evaluate who is good enough and who is not good enough to make the final roster. This process will continue all the way until the final cut down day when the rosters get down to 53 players. With that in mind, let's take a look at five players who are on the Detroit Lions' roster bubble heading into Week 2 of the 2014 NFL preseason.

Chris Greenwood was already a long-shot to make the 53-man roster heading into camp and his chances look even worse now that the Lions signed Drayton Florence. Against Cleveland, Greenwood had just one tackle.

Dan Orlovsky was the presumed backup quarterback to Matthew Stafford when the Lions signed him this offseason, yet his performance against Cleveland doesn't give anyone much confidence. In just under three quarters, Orlovsky competed just 12 of 23 passes for 89 yards and led the Lions to one scoring drive.

Drew Butler doesn't have a chance to beat out Sam Martin as the team's punter this season and his performance against Cleveland proved true. On his only two punts, Butler's longest punt was 37 yards. It's not a matter of if, but when for Butler's release from the roster.

2. WR Patrick Edwards

The Lions are deep at the receiver position with plenty of good players, but Patrick Edwards, who is competing for a roster spot, is on the outside looking in. Behind the likes of Jeremy Ross, Kris Durham, Ryan Broyles and Corey Fuller among others, Edwards had an unimpressive outing against the Browns. The former Houston Cougar standout finished with just one catch for 15 yards and was outshined by Fuller and Andrew Peacock.

Another player on the outside looking in, Steven Miller's chances at even getting to the final cut down day are slim to none. Miller is not going to jump ahead of Mikel Leshoure and Theo Riddick on the depth chart and his return abilities won't propel him ahead of Jeremy Ross on the depth chart. Against Cleveland, Miller had two rushing attempts for minus six yards and had four returns for 36 yards, fumbling once.
