Coming off of a 31-24 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 2 of the preseason, the Tennessee Titans still have a lot of work to do before Week 1 of the 2014 NFL season.

So, as the Titans prepare to take on the Atlanta Falcons in Week 3, here are five players that you should be watching.

Zach Mettenberger, QB, Tennessee Titans

Less that a year removed from ACL surgery, Mettenberger got his first extended action against the Saints. He finished the game 20 of 25 for 269 yards and tossed two touchdowns. Not all was great, however, but he’s certainly showed some promise.

Coty Sensabaugh, CB, Tennessee Titans

After not seeing any passes thrown his way in Week 1, Coty Sensabaugh got toasted against the Saints’ speedy receivers. He allowed four completions on five targets for 125 yards.

Normally one of the more reliable offensive linemen for the Titans, Andy Levitre really struggled against the Saints’ defense. I want to watch his play to make sure that this was just a bad game, and not a sign of things to come.

Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee Titans

After only catching one pass for five yards in Week 1, Justin Hunter exploded in Week 2 with four catches for 111 yards and two touchdowns. Obviously, Hunter is going to be relied on as the Titans move forward, so I want to see if he can produce those kinds of numbers consistently.

Chance Warmack, RG, Tennessee Titans

Another young player that the Titans will rely heavily on is right guard Chance Warmack, whom I was in love with coming out of college. Through two games he’s done an okay job in pass protection, but needs to improve his run blocking. I want to see if he can produce at a higher level than he has against Atlanta.
