New Orleans Saints’ Junior Galette Will Be a Pro Bowl Player In 2014
Although he’s not a big name, Junior Galette is an extremely valuable player for the New Orleans Saints. Since entering the league in 2010, Galette has improved every season, and in 2013, he became a full-fledged star for the Saints. For as good as he was last season for the team, Galette could take the next step in his development and become a Pro Bowl player for New Orleans in 2014.
Because he entered the league as an undrafted free agent, Galette has had to work for everything he has accomplished so far, and his effort and tenacity are some of the biggest reasons why he has become such a good player. Not to mention, his aggressive style of play is a perfect fit in Rob Ryan‘s defense. Because he’s willing to work hard to improve and because he is such a good fit in Ryan’s defense, Galette is in for a truly great season.
Not to mention, with guys like Cameron Jordan, Curtis Lofton and Parys Haralson around him, Galette won’t be held up by double-teams as opposing offenses will have to worry about all the other talent on the Saints’ roster. Also, with a vastly improved secondary behind him, chances are Galette will have even more chances to bring down the quarterback.
Overall, Galette is a man who could be in line for a big season in 2014. He’s improved throughout his career, and with another year of experience in Ryan’s defense, along with his own development as a player, Galette looks like a Pro Bowler in the making.
