The Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off an impressive 27-14 win over the Buffalo Bills Saturday for their first win of the preseason. The Buccaneers' starters on offense and defense were too much for the struggling Bills. With that being said, here are five Buccaneers who stood out in the win.

Quarterback Josh McCown got off to a slow start against the Bills, but finished strong while playing the entire first half. The veteran signal caller completed 13-of-16 pass attempts for 112 yards with one touchdown and one interception. It was easily his best performance of the preseason.

Journeyman linebacker Danny Lansanah has played well throughout training camp and the preseason, and that trend continued in Buffalo. Filling in for starter Jonathan Casillas, who was left at home for a violation of team rules, Lansanah finished with five tackles in the win. He appears to have secured a roster spot.

Defensive tackle Clinton McDonald was signed from the Seattle Seahawks this past offseason to start next to Gerald McCoy. McDonald gave Buccaneers fans a glimpse of what they can expect this season after finishing with five tackles and returning a fumble for a score.

Rookie wide receiver Mike Evans may have had a bit of a rough week off the field, but the first-round pick responded with his best performance of the preseason against the Bills. Evans caught his first career touchdown pass and finished the game with three receptions for 46 yards.

Defensive end Larry English, who signed with the team on Aug. 14, recorded two sacks in his first extensive playing time of the preseason. The former first-round pick is considered a longshot to make the final roster, but he significantly increased his chances of making the team with his performance on Saturday.
