The NFL has been very hit and miss with their jerseys over the course of history. These are 15 jerseys that totally missed in the past.
There are some colors you just can't put on both pants and jerseys. The blue the Colts use for these throwbacks is one of those colors.
Speaking of colors you can't put on the top and bottom of your jersey, the Browns used orange. Once again, this doesn't really work, folks.
The Bears have some of the coolest jerseys in sports and some of the coolest throwback jerseys, but this isn't one of their better outfits. It just looks a little bit too much like a pee wee uniform.
A lot of people like the Seahawks lime green jerseys, but there's something about them that is just off-putting. Regardless, it seems like the team still breaks them out once a season.
The Jets have had their fair share of problems over the past few years and luckily for them, these jerseys are the least of those concerns. They're just too simplistic to really get excited about.
The Steelers are a great historic franchise, but their throwback jerseys are pitiful. With block and stripes of black and yellow, these are some of the ugliest jerseys in sports.
The Eagles have a great array of throwback jerseys, but this is their worst one. Having a weird mismatching yellow and blue just doesn't work.
The Bengals need to stick to their tiger stripe design on their helmet. Just having plain jerseys including the Bengals' name spelled out on the helmet is so ugly.
The Packers have a very rich history, but these jerseys aren't some of their best. Of course they're from the old days, but they're just too plain to appeal to anyone nowadays.
The Broncos could be Super Bowl bound again this season, but these jerseys are not a reason why. Mixing yellow and brown has never really worked for any team in the history of sports.
Plenty of people around the country wish the Redskins would stick with this logo because they think it would be less offensive. However, these jerseys are just too ugly to make full time.
The Lions have pretty sweet normal jerseys, but these are downright awful. Worst of all is that these are usually the jerseys they wear at Thanksgiving.
The Cowboys should stick to their glamorous silver and blue jerseys. These are just too simple for the flashiest team in the NFL.
The old Ravens logo was pretty strange looking. Having the wings on the side of logo make it look very amateur.
C'mon Browns. They take really boring jerseys and just add numbers to the helmets. The only thing giving Browns fans hope is Johnny Manziel waiting in the wings.
