The 2014 NFL regular season is heading into Week 4, and football fans have already turned their attention to their picks and predictions for every game this week. Here are my picks for every Week 4 game against the spread. All odds come via sportsinsights.com and are accurate as of 4:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
Denver, Seattle, St. Louis, Cincinnati, Arizona and Cleveland are off.

New York Giants at Washington Redskins (-3.5)

Pick ATS: New York Giants
The Giants are coming off their first win of the season last week against Houston with the Redskins suffering their second defeat in three weeks against Philadelphia. Kirk Cousins has looked great so far, albeit against two poor defenses. The Giants seem to be back on track, and with several defensive starters missing for Washington, I'm taking the Giants to pull the upset.
Score: New York Giants 23, Washington 20
Buffalo Bills at Houston Texans (-3)

Pick ATS: Houston
Without Arian Foster, Houston's offense struggled last week against the New York Giants. Buffalo's struggles, however, are even worse with questions still surrounding second-year QB E.J. Manuel. In a game between two evenly matched teams, I am going with the home team, the Texans, to win and cover.
Score: Houston 24, Buffalo 20
Carolina Panthers at Baltimore Ravens (-3)

Pick ATS: Baltimore
In what will be dubbed the Steve Smith Bowl, the former Carolina Panthers legend now faces his former team in one of the most anticipated matchups of the season. Baltimore is coming off a close win over Cleveland while the Panthers were shellacked by Pittsburgh at home. Carolina will play better this week, but Smith and the Ravens will win and cover.
Score: Baltimore 20, Carolina 14
Detroit Lions (-1.5) at New York Jets

Pick ATS: New York Jets
A matchup between two elite defenses could turn this matchup into a defensive struggle. The Lions clearly have a quarterback advantage with Matthew Stafford performing better than New York's Geno Smith, but given Detroit's road woes in recent years, I'm going with the Jets to pull off the minor upset at home.
Score: New York Jets 21, Detroit 17
Green Bay Packers (-1.5) at Chicago Bears

Pick ATS: Green Bay
Chicago's receivers continue to fight through injuries as both Alshon Jeffery and Brandon Marshall are clearly not 100 percent, while the Packers have struggled on offense. In a must-win game for the Packers, Eddie Lacy and the running game will bounce back as the Packers win a close game on the road.
Score: Green Bay 30, Chicago 27
Miami Dolphins (-4) at Oakland Raiders (In London)

Pick ATS: Oakland
In the first international game of the season, Oakland clashes with Miami. Both teams have quarterback issues and shaky offensive lines, but good defenses. The Dolphins have plenty of in-house distractions on both sides of the ball, while the Raiders have played hard in two of their three games. Oakland will get win No. 1 this week outside of the United States.
Score: Oakland 20, Miami 17
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Pittsburgh Steelers (-7.5)

Pick ATS: Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers certainly can't look much worse than they did last week in Atlanta, and the Steelers certainly can't look any better than they did in Carolina. The Steelers are so riddled with injuries on defense that they brought James Harrison out of retirement. The Steelers will win this game in a struggle, but Tampa Bay will cover.
Score: Pittsburgh 27, Tampa Bay 21
Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts (-7.5)

Pick ATS: Indianapolis
The Colts finally got in the win column last week after routing Jacksonville on the road. The running game came alive last week and will be used heavily this week against a Titans team that is stout against the pass. Still, Tennessee's offense, led by Jake Locker, doesn't have enough weapons to keep up with the Colts in Indy. Indianapolis will win and cover.
Score: Indianapolis 30, Tennessee 17
Jacksonville Jaguars at San Diego Chargers (-13)

Pick ATS: Jacksonville
The Jaguars are the worst team in the NFL, but will get a major boost this week with Blake Bortles making his first career start. San Diego is one of the top teams in the NFL, but after playing three good teams in three weeks, the Chargers are in for a minor letdown. San Diego will wins, but Jacksonville will cover.
Score: San Diego 31, Jacksonville 21
Philadelphia Eagles at San Francisco 49ers (-5.5)

Philadelphia Eagles at San Francisco 49ers (-5.5)

Pick ATS: Philadelphia
This game is destined to be a shootout as both the Eagles and 49ers' offenses are among the best in the NFL. The 49ers are desperate for a win after two consecutive defeats, while the Eagles are undefeated after recording three double-digit comebacks. This week, their luck will runs out as the 49ers win, but the Eagles will manage to make it close and cover.
Score: San Francisco 27, Philadelphia 24
Atlanta Falcons (-3) at Minnesota Vikings

Pick ATS: Minnesota
With Matt Cassel now out for the season, rookie Teddy Bridgewater takes the reins as Minnesota's signal caller. His first test comes against an Atlanta team that is dominant at home and less than impressive on the road. With this game being outdoors instead of being in the Metrodome, I like the Vikings to pull the biggest upset of the day in a close affair.
Score: Minnesota 20, Atlanta 17
New Orleans Saints (-3) at Dallas Cowboys

New Orleans Saints (-3) at Dallas Cowboys

Pick ATS: Dallas
Last year's game between these two teams was no contest as the Saints routed the Cowboys 45-17 in New Orleans. This year, the Saints will travel to Dallas, where their shaky defense will take on one of the best running games in the NFL, led by DeMarco Murray. Dallas will play keep away from the Saints and pull off the upset.
Score: Dallas 24, New Orleans 23
New England Patriots (-3.5) at Kansas City Chiefs

New England Patriots (-3.5) at Kansas City Chiefs

Pick ATS: Kansas City
Tom Brady and the New England Patriots' offense has been less than impressive this year, while the Kansas City Chiefs have had trouble staying healthy. Arrowhead Stadium will be loud as it will be the first Monday Night game in Kansas City since 2010. I like the Chiefs to get back on track at home with a key win over New England.
Score: Kansas City 27, New England 24
